Hero Xtreme 200S BS6 Launched In India; Priced At ₹ 1.16 Lakh

The hero has launched the BS6 Hero Xtreme 200S, which has an ex-showroom price of Rs 1,15,715 in Delhi, which is Rs 13,000 more expensive than the BS4 model.

Hero MotoCorp has launched the BS6 Hero Xtreme 200S in India, which has an ex-showroom price of Rs 1,15,715 in Delhi, which is Rs 13,000 more expensive than the BS4 model. Explain that the price of BS4 model in Delhi was Rs 1.02 lakh. Apart from the BS6 engine, the new motorcycle has now been given oil-cooler, Hero Accession technology and programmed fuel injection. Hero says that this technology will increase the life of the vehicle and its engine does not get hot. The new 200 cc engine produces 17.8 bhp power at 8,500 rpm and 16.4 Nm peak torque at 6,500 rpm.

The BS4 model was powered by the same 200cc air-cooled engine that produces 18 bhp power at 8000 rpm and 17.1 Nm peak torque at 6500 rpm. The BS6 Hero Xtreme 200S has been introduced in a new color, which has been named Pearl Floodless White. This bike is now available in a total of 3 colors which already include Sport Red and Panther Black. Hero MotoCorp has also given features such as twin LED headlight, Bluetooth connectivity navigation and digital LCD instrument console with this updated motorcycle.

Telescopic forks and 7-speed adjustable monoshock suspension are given in the rear of Hero Xtreme 200S. The front wheel of the motorcycle gets single-channel ABS with 276 mm disc brake and the rear wheel has got 220 mm disc brake. The total weight of the bike has now increased to 154.5 kg, which has increased by 5.5 kg compared to the BS4 model of the bike. The company has kept the full fairing arrangement of the bike almost the same.
