For the last few years, this motorcycle was missing from the line-up of Triumph Motorcycle India, but now it has returned to the country. In the Indian Triumph line-up, the Street Triple will be replaced by the new Speed ​​Triple 1200 RS.

The new Speed ​​Triple is by far the sharpest and leanest model in appearance. The new bike looks very good, which has been given LED DRLs with twin headlights of another design. It has a chunked fuel tank, a slight backlash on the body and a raised frame. The new design includes a carbon fiber mudguard, color coded belly pan and rear seat call, and a smaller rear size, which gives it a great look. Triumph India has provided 35 accessories with the new motorcycle and is offered in two colors - Red and Silver Graphics with Sapphire Black or Black Silver and Yellow Graphics with Matte Silver Eyes.

The all-new 1,160 cc three-cylinder engine has been given with the new Speed ​​Triple 1200 RS which is 7 kg lighter than the old model. The engine is 178 bhp at 10,750 rpm and 125 Nm peak torque capacity at 9,000 rpm. The new engine in the bike has become more powerful 30 Bhp and 8 Nm. The company says that the fastest speed of all sports-naked Triumph motorcycles till date. This powerful engine has been given a bi-directional quick-shifter with a 6-speed gearbox.

The 2021 Triumph Speed ​​Triple 1200 RS features a new 5-inch Full TFT Instrument Console that comes in several layouts. The switchgear of the bike is also new and Triumph says that it runs on batteries while riding. Apart from this, features like 6-Axis IMU, ABS, Cornering ABS, Traction Control and 5 Riding Modes - Road, Rain, Sport, Track and Rider have also been given in the bike. These riding modes come with many settings and configurations. Other features include My Triumph connectivity system, full LED lighting, keyless ignition and GoPro controls.
