BMW M 1000 RR 2021 - BMW Motorrad has launched the M 1000 RR in India, the company's first 'M' spec motorcycle that has been introduced in two variants. The BMW M 1000 RR is priced at Rs. 42 lakh in the country, and the M 1000 RR competition has been priced at Rs 45 lakh.

In just 3.1 seconds, this powerful bike catches 0-100 kmph, while its top speed is around 306 kmph. This is the M performance variant of this series and is lighter and faster than the S1000RR. So apart from giving new colors and graphics here, the M 1000 RR has also been given many lightweight parts.

Under the M Competition Package, the bike gets M GPS-lap trigger, passenger kit, rear seat cover, M carbon front and rear mudguards in the carbon pack, M carbon upper fairing side panels, M carbon tank cover, M carbon chain guard and M carbon Sprocket covers are provided.

Apart from this, the bike has also been given an M billet pack which includes M engine protractor, M brake lever folding, M brake lever guard, M clutch lever Folding and M rider footrest system.

BMW Motorrad has given this bike a 999 cc four-cylinder engine with light con-rods, rocker arms, pistons and valves. Apart from this, the exhaust of the bike is now full of Akrapovic Titanium system which is 3.7 kg lighter.

The M 1000 RR engine produces 209 bhp and 113 Nm peak torque. The rest of the bike has been given carbon fiber winglets that help reduce its weight and increase speed. After this you will get a big windscreen here which improves its aerodynamics.

While the new M 1000 RR has been designed according to the track, the company has also made it for driving on the road. The new bike features BMW's Race Pro riding modes that come with the latest generation 6-Axis IMU box. Here the rider can adjust the traction control, wheelie control and engine braking according to the need. Launch control is also available in the electronic package of the bike.

Other features include BMW's M brakes and M carbon wheels. There has been a change in the chassis of the M 1000 RR, after which its wheelbase has increased by 16 mm.
