2021 BS6 Honda Gold Wing Review - Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India is all set to launch the BS6 Honda Gold Wing in India. The company has shown a glimpse of the motorcycle on the Honda Bigwing social media handle.

In January 2021, Honda revealed the new Gold Wing globally. Now, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) is all set to launch this motorcycle in India soon. The company has given a glimpse of the new motorcycle on its 'Bigwing' social media handle. Bigwing is the dealership of Honda that sells premium motorcycles of the brand. The 2021 model of Honda's most expensive cruiser motorcycle has been introduced with four variants.

Honda already sells the 2021 Gold Wing in other markets globally and the motorcycle continues to run on the same engine. The 1,833 cc liquid-cooled flat-six motor makes 125 Bhp at 5,500 rpm and 170 Nm of peak torque at 4,500 rpm. The Gold Wing Electric is available in the option of a 6-speed manual transmission with reverse gear or a 7-speed automatic dual-clutch gearbox with reverse gear. The cruiser motorcycle gets four riding modes which are Sport, Rain, Tour and Eco.

The 021 model offers more comfort for the rear rider on the tour variant of the bike along with better speakers. The standard model is available in a new colour, called Pearl Deep Mud Grey. The most expensive top-spec Tour model is available in Gunmetal Black Metallic and the DCT Tour model is available in Candy Ardent Red. The Gold Wing Tour gets Apple CarPlay as well as Android Auto. The 2021 Honda Gold Wing with manual transmission weighs 366 kg, while the DCT variant is 367 kg heavier.

The motorcycle is expected to be launched in India in the coming weeks. The BS4 variant of the Gold Wing was initially priced at Rs 28.2 lakh (ex-showroom) and the BS6 model could be slightly costlier than this.
